Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, networks and peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups and virus scans
- Train clients on how to use new technologies or software programs
- Keep accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze problems and find solutions quickly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1400$ per month.
