Seasonal Executive Chef in Kaunas, Lithuania
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a seasonal basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, managing food costs and inventory, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our culinary offerings. Requirements:

- Previous experience as a chef preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that reflect the seasonality of ingredients and showcase local flavors
- Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including ordering, scheduling, and sanitation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the property
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
