Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Driver Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. You will also be responsible for training and evaluating new drivers, maintaining accurate records of routes and schedules, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a professional driver, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of local traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of a team of drivers
- Ensure that all drivers follow traffic laws and company policies
- Train new drivers on company procedures and safe driving techniques
- Evaluate driver performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and deliveries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle any accidents or incidents involving company vehicles
- Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a professional driver
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Extensive knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (Egyptian dialect)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with excellent record keeping abilities
- Flexibility to work long hours or weekends if needed
- Valid UAE driving license
