We are in need of a competent and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Acre. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, handling paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to them in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with creating reports and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee office budgets and expenses
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Monitor office operations to ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1400 per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position.
