Part-Time Office Administrator
A reputable accounting firm in Acre is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking for a flexible part-time job, with the potential to grow into a full-time role in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple employees
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Organize and maintain office paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and client information
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work 20 hours per week on a consistent schedule
