Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Beer-Sheva. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and presentation techniques
- Ensure high quality of food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Comply with all food safety regulations
- Work closely with restaurant management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. If you are passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
