Concrete Worker

We are seeking experienced and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. You will also be expected to operate various tools and equipment such as power saws, drills, and trowels to complete your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting forms for concrete
- Measure and pour concrete mixture according to project requirements
- Smooth and level the surface of freshly poured concrete
- Use hand or power tools to spread, shape, and finish concrete surfaces
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Create patterns and textures in finished concrete surfaces using different tools
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with different types of concrete materials, tools, and techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
