Indian Chef in Vilnius, Lithuania


We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes, as well as creating new and innovative recipes. You must have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and a passion for creating delicious and authentic dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and more
- Ensure all food is prepared to high quality standards and presented attractively
- Create new and unique recipes while also adhering to traditional cooking techniques
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of cleanliness and food safety practices
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new recipes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience training and supervising kitchen staff is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in English are required

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
