Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure high-quality food and service is consistently delivered to customers
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and expenses to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items
- Monitor employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Proficient in Nepali or Kenyan language preferred
Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided.
