Machine Operator - Kaunas, Lithuania



We are currently hiring for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to instructions
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Basic mechanical knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects when necessary

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The schedule may include weekends or night shifts. Accommodation can be provided for non-local employees.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
