Machine Operator (Filipino)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. This position is open to Filipino candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience working as a machine operator.

Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products
- Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
