Office Administrator



We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Khasab. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and clerical tasks within the office. This includes maintaining files, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office operations.

Your main duties will include greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and events, and managing office supplies and inventory. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining company records, both physical and digital, and ensuring all documents are up-to-date.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

As this is a full-time job, candidates should be willing to work 40 hours per week. However, we offer flexible working hours for students or those with other obligations. Fluency in English is not required for this position as our office primarily serves Indian clients.

We do require candidates to have a biometric passport as it may be necessary to travel occasionally for company events or meetings.
