Waiter/Waitress at Indian Restaurant in Vilnius


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at our Indian restaurant in Vilnius. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Requirements:
- No English language skills required, but basic knowledge would be an asset
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is not necessary, but willingness to learn is essential
- Must have the right to work in Lithuania with own visa
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Guide customers through the menu, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner while ensuring high quality standards are maintained
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues to the appropriate manager if needed
- Keep tables clean and presentable for incoming guests by clearing dishes, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
