As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our office in Vilnius. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth running of our office. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, experience in office management, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily tasks and operations of the office
- Oversee administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Create and maintain filing systems for important documents
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Monitor office budget and expenses
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in HR tasks is a plus
