Job Title: Barista - Arabic Speaking


We are a reputable coffee shop located in the bustling city of Dubai, known for its exceptional coffee and customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista who is fluent in Arabic to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies. You will also handle cash transactions, maintain a clean and organized work area, and provide excellent customer service to all guests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role as you will be interacting with a primarily Arabic speaking clientele. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are also required.

In addition to your barista duties, you may also be responsible for training new team members on coffee-making techniques and promoting our products to customers. Therefore, previous training or supervisory experience is an asset.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As we are open 7 days a week, weekend availability is required.
