Lathe Machine Operator



We are hiring a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to produce precision metal parts. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$. We welcome applications from Indian and Filipino nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Set up and adjust lathe machines according to specifications
- Operate lathe machines to cut, shape, and finish metal parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth running and quality output
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during production
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lathe Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
- Experience with different types of lathes (manual, CNC)
- Ability to understand complex technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials if necessary
