Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality metal components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in operating lathes and milling machines
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
