As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at our luxury hotel in Sheduva. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations for dining and entertainment, arranging transportation, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Keep track of daily activities and events happening in the city to inform guests of potential opportunities for exploration or relaxation
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local attractions and events in Sheduva is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
