As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through online communication channels. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have. This position is ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible work hours and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, or social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting clients
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues or escalate them when necessary
- Keep track of client interactions and update client information as needed
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document client interactions
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (ability to work remotely)
