Data Analytics Specialist



The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in data manipulation and visualization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making and an ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
