We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Siauliai, a beautiful city in Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings, structures, and sites. Your expertise in architectural conservation and your passion for preserving cultural heritage will play a crucial role in protecting our city's rich history.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and sites to determine their condition and preservation needs.
- Develop detailed preservation plans and strategies that comply with local regulations and cultural heritage guidelines.
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, historians, and preservation specialists to implement preservation projects.
- Use your knowledge of traditional construction techniques and materials to restore or repair historic structures.
- Ensure that all preservation work is executed with the utmost care and sensitivity to the original design and materials.
- Conduct research on the history of buildings or sites to inform preservation plans.
- Prepare accurate drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects.
- Monitor the progress of preservation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect with a focus on architectural conservation.
- In-depth knowledge of historic building materials, construction techniques, codes, standards, and regulations related to preservation work.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Passion for preserving cultural heritage.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
