Arabic-Speaking Social Media Moderator



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking social media moderator to join our team in Clairvaux. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the social media presence of our company, ensuring that all content is in line with our brand messaging and policies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor all social media platforms for comments, messages, and posts in Arabic.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our brand messaging and policies.
- Engage with followers to foster a positive community experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media moderation.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of English preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a social media moderator or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid work visa for Clairvaux or be willing to obtain one.
