Entry Level Moderator
City: Clairvaux, France
As an Entry Level Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and discussions. Your main role will be to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and follows the community guidelines. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy. Previous experience is not required, but a strong understanding of social media platforms and online etiquette is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and comments to ensure they are in line with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Moderate user-generated content, such as comments, photos, and videos
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and address them appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing engagement within the community
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Familiarity with online etiquette and best practices for engaging with online communities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 900$ per month.
