We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Vilnius. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or surpluses to management
- Create eye-catching displays to highlight new products or promotions
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Collect data on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
- Make recommendations for improvements to increase sales and brand visibility

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with store staff
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: 1200$
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours. Suitable for men.
