Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for commercial building projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Vianden
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (Indians preferred)
