Our gardening company is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. We are looking for someone who is passionate about plants and has a green thumb, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and caring for gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Planting, watering, weeding, and pruning flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Designing and creating new gardens or landscaping projects
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing advice on plant selection, maintenance, and care

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to use gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for precise planting and trimming
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Preference:
We welcome candidates from any nationality who have the necessary experience. However, we prefer candidates who are already located in Vilnius or willing to relocate.

Accommodation:
