Mason Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and provide guidance and training as needed
- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition for use
- Monitor the quality of work being done by the masons, making any necessary adjustments or improvements
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to coordinate tasks and resources
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
- Keep track of progress on projects and report any issues or delays to upper management
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for working in various weather conditions
and lifting heavy materials
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Salary:
$1000 per month
