Body Repair Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Kaunas. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes performing bodywork repairs, welding, painting, and other related tasks.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in body repair and restoration
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures and materials
- Proficient in welding techniques
- Experience with painting and color matching
- Ability to use various tools and equipment for body repair work
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Assessing the extent of damage on vehicles and creating repair plans
- Performing bodywork repairs using appropriate techniques and tools
- Welding damaged areas as needed
- Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Applying paint according to manufacturer specifications for color matching
- Inspecting finished repairs for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following all safety protocols while working
