Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects in our company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success. This position is based in Siauliai and offers a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors
- Communicate project goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct regular project meetings with team members to review progress and address any concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change requests
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
- Proficient in project management software

Preferred qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in a second language (French or Tagalog) for effective communication with Canadian or Filipino team members
