Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within given time and budget constraints. You will work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish according to client requirements
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are within allocated funds
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead a team of professionals by providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project or Asana
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, previous experience in project management would be considered an asset.
