Cashier (Nepali/English Speaking)


We are currently seeking a Nepali/English speaking Cashier to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock when necessary
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Nepali and English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
