We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Teamlead to join our rapidly growing company in Herzliya. As an English speaking teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Plan and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities and monitor progress
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a teamlead or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
