Experienced Handyman for Residential Properties in Herzliya, Israel

We are currently in need of an experienced Handyman to join our team and assist with the maintenance and repairs of our residential properties in Herzliya. This position is ideal for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has a strong background in handy work.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting
- Perform repairs as needed to ensure the properties are well-maintained
- Handle any emergencies that may arise, such as leaks or broken appliances
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property managers regarding any issues or repairs needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or similar role
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and painting
- Ability to handle physical workload and work independently
- Must have own tools and transportation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Herzliya, Israel. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in the area.
