Surveyor - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to support construction projects. Your duties will include analyzing legal documents, using specialized equipment to measure and map land features, and creating detailed reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Collect and analyze data to determine precise locations of natural features, property boundaries, buildings, and other structures
- Study legal documents such as deeds, maps, and titles to verify property lines
- Create detailed maps, sketches, and reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to support construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Manage survey equipment inventory and maintenance
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Saudi Arabia is preferred
