Office Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national looking to work in a diverse and dynamic environment. This position does not include accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a starting salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
