We are currently hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate should have experience working with different types of plaster, including lime and cement-based, and should be able to perform tasks such as mixing and applying plaster, smoothing surfaces, and creating decorative finishes. The Plasterer will also be responsible for repairing damaged walls and ceilings, as well as preparing surfaces for painting or wallpapering.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out rough spots and create decorative finishes
- Repair cracked or damaged areas using appropriate techniques
- Use tools such as trowels, brushes, and sprayers to apply plaster
- Prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering by sanding or applying primer
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of materials after job completion

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials as needed
- Good time management skills to ensure projects are completed within given deadlines
- Own tools preferred but not required

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in plastering is a plus
- Valid work permit/visa for employment in Ashdod (Israeli citizenship preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi (other Indian languages a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
