We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dickirch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by consistently delivering high-quality drinks and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Requirements:
- Preferably Indian nationality
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Must have own visa and accommodation in Dickirch
- Passion for coffee and customer service

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to recipes
- Ensure quality control of all drinks by following proper brewing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or concerns
- Suggest menu items based on customer preferences
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Salary: 1600$ per month
