Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve creating innovative and functional designs, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent technical skills in architectural design software. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect on commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
