We are a leading architecture firm in Wiltz and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial design principles, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they adhere to design plans and meet quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Research new materials and techniques to improve design quality while keeping costs in mind
- Work closely with the interior design team to ensure cohesive designs throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of commercial building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial projects in Luxembourg or Europe preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1500$ per month based on experience. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
