Formwork Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Formwork Supervisor, you will oversee the construction and installation of formwork for concrete structures on various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction and installation of formwork for concrete structures
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and project specifications
- Manage a team of formworkers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other trades on site to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper assembly and stability of formwork systems
- Troubleshoot any problems or discrepancies in formwork design or installation

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various types of formwork systems and their application
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Physical stamina for working in outdoor environments

Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Formwork Supervisor
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in multiple languages including English
