JAVA Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your main duties will include designing, coding, testing, and debugging software programs, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Java development and be familiar with various design patterns and development methodologies. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, proficiency in English is required for effective communication with our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions according to client requirements
- Write well-designed, efficient code using Java programming language
- Test and debug code to ensure optimum performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver projects on time
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field of Java development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts (OOPs, Multithreading, Collections)
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Maven/Gradle is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English
