Restaurant Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and driving profitability. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and efficiency
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain standards and improve operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Prepare financial reports, including sales projections, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all health codes, safety regulations, and labor laws

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant operation
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) for financial reporting purposes

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
