We are a bustling, fast-paced coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Herzliya. Our company is seeking a skilled and talented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as assisting with food preparation and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and prepare beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare drinks according to established recipes
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Requirements:
- Must have a passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing techniques
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is an asset)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
