Instrument Technician


An established company in Muscat is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in the production and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various instruments including flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Troubleshoot problems with instruments and identify solutions for repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Calibrate instruments according to established procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on instruments
- Communicate any issues or concerns with management in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing instrumentation equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
