Instrument Technician

We are in need of a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Muscat. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. Your main duties will include troubleshooting issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and replacing faulty components as needed. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain various instruments and equipment used in industrial settings
- Troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause of malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's guidelines
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various instruments and equipment used in industrial settings
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
