We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Remish. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, making changes to their accounts, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have
- Utilize online tools and resources to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
- Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships through effective communication
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of online platforms such as social media, live chat, email, etc.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Remish but can also be done remotely.
