Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base, increase market share, and achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and collective goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
