Office Manager
A reputable company in Sheduva is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative processes. This position is suitable for men, and no English language skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Train and supervise administrative staff
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Support HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
