Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity among employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Organize and maintain employee records, including payroll and benefits information
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the company
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed by upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
