Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and networking events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize revenue potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or relevant role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as required
Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
